| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通投融资模式包括传统投融资模式和新型投融资模式,传统投融资模式有权益型和负债型,新型投融资模式主要包括BOT、BT和PPP模式.首先分别阐述了传统投融资模式和新型投融资模式的内涵,然后通过分析比较其优缺点,同时结合项目自身的特征,优选城市轨道交通建设的投融资模式,最后对青岛轨道交通建设的投融资模式提出建议.

| Abstract: | The investment and financing modes of urban mass transit include the traditional investment and financing mode and the new-type investment and financing mode.The traditional investment and financing mode includes the equity-and debt-based ones and the new-type investment and financing mode mainly includes the BOT mode,the BT model and the PPP mode.Firstly,this paper describes the connotation of the traditional investment and financing mode and the new-type investment and financing mode,then it optimizes the urban mass transit investment and financing modes by comparing and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages and taking the characteristics of the projects into consideration.At last,the article puts forward suggestions for the investment and financing modes in the development of Qingdao urban mass transportation. |
