摘    要:在TRT(高炉煤气余压透平发电系统)静叶调整顶压的实际应用中,电液位置伺服控制系统本身存在一定弊端,另外该系统还受到现场工况等因素的影响,造成了高炉顶压调节波动较大,压力调节滞后.针对该问题采用了前馈-反馈控制技术来完善TRT的高炉顶压自动化控制程序.同时上位程序判断高炉顶压异常,使旁通阀也参与顶压控制.改进之后提高了液压伺服系统的跟踪性和鲁棒性,稳定了高炉顶压.

Abstract:In the practical application of the TRT(blast furnace gas top pressure recovery turbine unit) guide vane adjusting top pressure,the electric hydraulic servo convertor system has some drawbacks in itself.In addition,affected by the factors such as the site working conditions,the adjustment of the blast furnace gas top pressure waves greatly and lags behind.To solve this problem,this paper adopts feedforward-feedback controlling technology to perfect the TRT blast furnace gas top pressure automatic control process.Meanwhile the engineering workstation programs can judge the abnormal of the blast furnace gas top pressure and make the bypass valve participate in the top pressure controlling.Due to all this,the electric hydraulic servo convertor system can ensure the tracking performance and robustness better,and enable a more stable top pressure.
