超长钢筋混凝土结构屋面板无缝施工技术

摘    要:某商业楼工程结构屋面板长116.6 m,宽84.2 m,板厚为10 cm,属于超长混凝土结构,且施工周期非常短.为了确保工程质量,加快施工进度,针对该工程具体情况提出了屋面板结构施工时不留后浇带,采用结构无缝施工技术.从设计、施工两个方面分析了超长混凝土结构屋面板无缝施工的关键技术要求,提出了关于超长混凝土结构屋面板无缝施工时的配筋率、混凝土匀质性、外加剂材料等方面的抗裂设计和构造做法,取得了良好的技术经济效果,并为类似工程施工提供了技术参考.

Abstract:The roof structure plates of a commercial building project are 116.6 m in length,84.2 m in width and 10 cm in thickness,which belong to the super-long reinforced concrete structures and require a very short construction period.In order to ensure the engineering quality and speed up the construction progress,there is no post-cast strip in the construction of the roof structure plates by means of seamless construction technology.This paper analyses the key technology requirements by the seamless construction in super-long concrete structure roofing construction from the two aspects of design and construction and puts forward the admixture about the seamless construction of the over-long concrete structure roofing construction and the materials of the anti-cracking design and construction,which have achieved a good economic result and provided technical reference for the similar project construction.
