摘    要:阐述了地下电力工程机械自动排缆装置的重要性;在分析传统的排缆装置存在的问题及其原因的基础上,提出了地下电力工程机械自动排缆装置的改进设计方案,合理地选择了主要零部件材料,并进行了设计和制造.经工程应用表明,改进设计后的自动排缆装置,完全可以实现地下工程机械拖曳电缆的自动有序排列,且使用寿命明显延长,满足工程实际需要,达到了预期的效果.

Abstract:The importance of automatic cable arrangement structures for underground electric power project machinery is elaborated in this paper.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in traditional cable arrangement structure and the reasons,the improvement design is proposed.The materials for the main parts are reasonably chosen,and then the new cable arrangement structures are designed and manufactured.The application in the project indicates that the new cable arrangement structures can completely realize the automatic and orderly arrangement of the cable,extend the service life obviously,satisfy the practical needs by the project and achieve the anticipated effect.
