纤维增强复合材料层合板刚度退化研究

摘    要:复合材料在许多领域都有着非常广泛的应用.基于复合材料层合板损伤理论,对纤维增强复合材料层合板在疲劳载荷作用下的刚度退化过程进行了阐述,对层合板刚度退化不同阶段的损伤机理进行了系统的分析,在此基础上总结了损伤各阶段的分析模型.通过对损伤机理的分析,综合考虑纤维断裂和基体损伤的影响,提出层合板刚度退化二阶段统一的计算模型.

Abstract:Composite materials are widely used in many realms.Based on composite laminate damage theory,a review is made in this paper on the process of stiffness degradation of composite laminates reinforced by fibers under fatigue load,and the mechanisms in different stages and models of stiffness degradation are analysed and summarized.Based on the analysis of the damages,a computing model of stiffness degradation of composite laminates is also put forward,comprehensively considering the influence of matrix cracks and fibre breakage.
