摘    要:为了提高工程机械液压系统的使用效率和可靠性,提出了一种基于嵌入式系统平台在线状态监测与故障诊断系统。该系统充分发挥PC104嵌入式计算机低成本、高可靠性等优势,利用工程机械上多种可以测取的信号,将神经网络与专家系统相结合,可实现工程机械液压系统的状态报警和故障诊断。本文详细讨论了系统的硬件构成和软件结构以及系统的工作流程。

Abstract:The paper presents an on- line condition monitoring and diagnosis system based on embedded system, which can improve the efficiency and reliability of hydraulic system for engineering machinery. The system is low in cost and high in reliability due to PC104 embedded computer. By means of taking the signals from machinery, it combines the expert system and neural network to complete the alarming and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system. It also expounds the hardware and software configuration and working process of the system.
