摘    要:对Ziegle-Natta催化体系催化剂活性中心的结构和乙丙橡胶聚合反应后胶液中催化剂的存在形式进行了介绍,并对其失活反应的特性、洗涤过程中钒和铝化合物存在形式,以及工艺条件对失活洗涤过程的影响进行了探讨。

Abstract:The effects of different carbon black content on the dynamic mechanical properties of SBR1769E, of which bound styrene content was 40wt%, were investigated by the test of RPA and DMA. The results indicated that the reinforcing effect of carbon black was significantly enhanced as the carbon black content increased, and the dispersion of the filler got worse and the heat build-up of SBR1769E vulcanizates increased.
