摘    要:建立了一种同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定化妆品中20种多环芳烃类化合物的方法。不同类型化妆品用环己烷以不同方法进行提取,然后采用GC-MS的选择离子模式对20种目标物进行定性、定量分析。方法具有良好线性,相关系数r均大于0.992,定量限为50μg/kg。各组分平均回收率在70.5%~114.5%,相对标准偏差在1.7%~13.6%。采用此方法测定了化妆品中多环芳烃的水平,发现某些化妆品中存在萘、1-甲基萘和2-甲基萘。

Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of 20 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in cosmetics by isotope dilution-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed. Various cosmetic samples were extracted with cyclohexane by different methods,then qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC-MS in selected ion monitoring modes. The correlation coefficients( r) of20 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were over 0. 992,the limits of quantitation for 20 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were 50μg/kg. The average recoveries of 20 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in cosmetics ranged from 70. 5% to 114. 5%. In addition,the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were in the range of 1. 7%-13. 6%. The study investigated the level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in cosmetics by this method,naphthalene,1-methyl naphthalene,2-methyl naphthalene were found in some samples.
