| Abstract: | Around the exchanges between different alkyl groups,alkyl group and halogen,alkyl group and hydrogen,hydrogen and chlorine,fluorine and chlorine,alkoxyl group and alkyl group,hydrogen,chlorine and fluorine in substituted groups on silicon atoms,the basic principle,method,application and progress of the redistribution technology for groups are described in this paper. |
