新型絮凝剂聚合磷硫酸铁的制备及应用

摘    要:采用碱化法制备聚合硫酸铁,并引入PO4^3-制备出新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚合磷硫酸铁(ePVS)。正交实验结果表明制备PPFS最佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间3h,PO4^3-/Fe^3+(摩尔比)0.1,盐基度0.5。高浊度模拟废水处理结果表明最佳操作条件为:PPFS在废水中的质量浓度为10mg/L,废水的pH值为8;在最佳处理条件下,模拟废水浊度去除率达到99.14%,其絮凝效果和沉降性能明显优于聚合硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝。

Abstract:A novel inorganic macromolecule flocculent of polyferric phosphate sulfate (PPFS) was synthesized by introducing phosphate anion into polyferric sulfate. The following optimal reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment: reaction temperature 50℃ , reaction time 3 h, PO4^3-/ Fe^3+ (mole ratio) 0.1 and basicity 0.5. The results of flocculation experiment for a simulating waste water with high turbidity showed that the optimum operating conditions were:pH value of waste water 8 and mass concentration of PPFS in sewage 10 mg/L. Under these conditions,the removal rate of turbidity eould reach 99.14% and the effects of floceulation and deposition of PPFS was much better than polyferric sulfate and polyaluminium chloride.
