武汉卷烟厂工艺排风余热回收的应用分析

摘    要:结合武汉卷烟厂工艺排风与空调设计的特点,按照就近原则,采取组团方式进行热回收.在典型年工况运行时,计算组团中各区域4种不同热回收方式的回收量.计算结果显示:全热回收热量显著高于显热回收;卷接包工艺排风热回收价值不高,不推荐回收.最后从回收总量、单个系统或单位风量的回收量和实际运行情况等角度得出热回收方案.

Abstract:In view of covering industrial waste heat and air-conditioning demands, heat recovery of the cigarette factory was analyzed based on the proximity principle. Heat recovery energy of four different heat recovery modes were calculated during the typical design year, and it is shown that the total heat recovery energy was obviously higher than the sensible one. And the exhaust air of the cigarette-making workshop was not suggested to recover. Finally, the adapted scheme was reached based on the value of heat recovery and the value of heat re- covery per system, as well as implementation conditions.
