| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种利用差动电容传感器测量压强差的方法，利用其等效结构图，具体分析了该方法的工作原理，并给出了测量电路，指出测量时存在的问题和解决方法。通过实验证明，该测量方法具有测量精度高、测量范围大和环境适应性好等特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the method in which the differential of capacitance sensor was used to measure the pressure balance, we also draws its equivalent structure chart, analysis its principle, and gives the circuit. The article points out the problems during the course of measurement and explains the method to resolve. The results of the experiment also proved that this method is feasible. The system is of characteristics such as high measuring accuracy, wide measuring range, and the good adaptability of environmental. |
