摘    要:随着电力系统自动化水平提高和电力市场发展的迫切需要,如何进一步提高无功功率、电压和电流在线测量及其现场检验的准确度已越来越重要。章根据我国电力系统无功功率、电压和电流测量及其现场检验的现状,提出了采用霍尔电流传感器、数字式仪表和精密钳型电流互感器等技改措施,探讨了提高电力系统无功功率、电压和大电力用户电流测量及其现场检验准确度的解决办法,并已收到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Along with the urgent needs of raising power system automation level and power market devetopment, it is more important for further improving the accuracy of online measuring reactive power, voltage and current and its inspection on - the - spot. According to the present situation of measuring reactive power, voltage and current and its inspection on - the - spot, the paper put forward the measures of adopting Hall current sensor, digital measuring instrument, and precise sprit core transformer. The solving method for raising accuracy of the measuring reactive power, voltage and current and its inspection on - the - spot was discussed and received the expected effect.
