双蓄热式燃烧技术在安钢中板厂的应用

摘    要:介绍了双蓄热式燃烧技术的基本情况及该项技术在安钢中板厂 3 #加热炉的实际应用及推广情况 ,并对其应用效果进行了综合评价 :该项技术在安钢的应用已取得了明显的节能效果 ,各项技术指标基本上达到设计要求 ,燃料消耗比原 1 #、2 #炉降低了 3 0 %以上 ,从而减少废气排放量 ,减少污染。

Abstract:This paper introduces the preliminary situation,practical application, popularizing and general effect evaluation of dual stored-heat combustion technology of No.3 reheating furnace in Anyang Plate Steel Plant.It is successful that the application of dual stored-heat combustion technology in Angang and obvious saving energy effects have been obtained,all the technological index met design request,fuel comsumption can be reduced above 30% than the original No.1 or No.2 reheating furnace ,so waste gas and atmospheric pollutants have been reduced.
