胜坨油田注水井地层垢损害的研究

摘    要:为弄清油田污水回注及污水与黄河水混注过程中注水流程的结垢问题及注水井酸化施工时带进的大量铁能否产生二次沉淀,试验研完了碳酸钙垢、硫酸锶(钡)垢和胶态铁二次沉淀的结垢情况,并提出定量计算地层垢损害的方法。结果发现,地层污水与黄河水混注会产生硫酸锶(钡)垢,但结垢不完全,混注比例越接近,结垢率越大;高含铁酸液中,如果没有足够的铁离子稳定剂,驱替过程中就会产生沉淀,而且损害不能完全解除,随着酸化次数的增加而增加。

Abstract:To understand the scale deposit problem in the process of reinjection of oil field effluent and mixed injection of effluent and Yellow River water , and secondary precipitation of ferrum in the operation of acidization of water injection well , the scale of calcium carbonate , strontium sulfate and barium sulfate and the secondary precipitation of ferrum are studied. The scale of strontium sulfate is not complete in the process of mixed water injection . Secondary precipitation of ferrum would take place in acidization if there is no enough ferrous stabilizer , and damage due to this process can not be solved completely.
