摘    要:鄂式破碎机是一种通过物理挤压来破碎脆性石料的设备。目前鄂式破碎机的设计大多依据传统的经验结论而不是科学的计算方法进行的,尤其是动鄂部分的设计,这种传统的设计方法具有一定的盲目性,设计出的结构不尽合理,强度不足又增加了机重。本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对BP110/70B型鄂式破碎机动鄂支架进行模态分析,计算动鄂支架低阶固有频率及其振型,分析其动态特性,为动鄂支架的结构设计提供理论指导和参考数据。

Abstract:Jaw crusher is a machine which uses the physical effect of compression to crush hard and brittle rocks. At present, the design of crusher is usually done by experiential conclusion but not by accurate calculation, especially design of dynamic jaw. This traditional method is commonly sightless, which makes structural design of the dynamic jaw unreasonable, so that it is heavy and always cannot complete the task. The model analysis of BP110/70B jaw crusher's swing jaw is studied by finite elements analysis software ANSYS in this paper. The natural frequency and mode are obtained. The analysis of the dynamic characteristics is reference for structural design of swing jaw.
