基于LabVIEW的远程监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:提出了一种基于LabVIEW的远程监控系统的设计。以LabVIEW作为软件开发平台,开发出高度人性化的用户操作界面,并用VISA节点实现主站与从机的异步串行通信,通信协议采用Modbus。从站设备(双电源)的微控制器选用PIC16F877单片机,其USART模块的输出信号经MAX485转换后再与主站通信。该系统设计可满足许多工控领域的要求。

Abstract:A design of remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW was presented. By LabVIEW as software development platform, a interface which is very easy for user to manipulate was developed and asynchronous serial communication between host-computer and slave-computer with-VISA node was achived, Modbus protocol was applied in this system. Selecting PIC16F877 as the slave-computer micro-controller(dual power), the out put signal from USART module was transferred to host-computer after translating by MAX485. The system design can meet demand for many industry control fields.
