| 摘 要： | 对浙江中小企业创新机制进行研究,发现存在税负过重、创新投入效率低、技术创新的信息化水平较低等问题.于是,作者结合浙江省实际情况,提出了改革税制、提高创新投入效率和信息化水平等设想.

On innovating system for small and medium-sized enterprises of Zhejiang Province |

| Abstract: | The innovation stimulating system is a pivotal factor in the increase of technology innovations. It acts as an engine in the innovating system. This paper introduces a study on innovating system for small and medium-sized enterprises of Zhejiang province and puts forward some problems involved in these enterprises, i.e. heavy tax, inefficiency, inadequate information for the innovating system. Then, concerning the present situation in Zhejiang province, this paper suggests the reform of tax system, the increase of innovating investment efficiency and information level and etc. |
