摘    要:以油酸、三乙醇胺、硼酸和聚乙二醇-400为原料合成了三种硼酸酯,对其性能进行了比较。实验结果表明几种原料复合得到硼酸酯具有较好的水解稳定性、防锈性、润滑性和表面活性。以正交实验结果为基础,设计出复合硼酸酯较佳的酯化条件为:三乙醇胺为5g、硼酸为2g、聚乙二醇-400为20g、油酸为10g。在此条件下合成的硼酸酯,水解稳定性:360h,防锈性:A级,润滑性(PB值):56kg,表面张力:30.74mN·m^-1。

Abstract:A series of borate were synthesized from the main starting materials such as oleic acid, triethanolamine, boric acid and polyethylene glycol-400. The performances of these borate were compared and the mechanism of the components was analyzed. The experimental results show that, the composite borate has good hydrolytic stability, anti-rust performance, lubrication performance and surface activity. The optimal esterification conditions of the composite borate were designed based on orthogonal experiments as follows: triethanolamine was 5 g, boric acid was 2 g, polyethylene glycol-400 was 20 g, oil acid was 10 g. The performances of the composite borate under these conditions were as follows: hydrolytic stability: 〉 360 h, anti-rust performance: A-level, lubrication performance (PB value): 56 kg, surface tension: 30.74 mN·m^-1. It shows that the composite borate has a broad application prospects in the metal processing industry.
