| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于BCS系统,利用故障检测与诊断、容错控制和故障自愈控制解决中温返料CFB锅炉运行中发生的床温测量元件失效、断煤、返料器运行不平衡等常见故障.半年多来的运行效果表明,CFB锅炉在投入BCS自动优化运行状态下,如发生上述故障可以不依赖人为干预即可自行恢复到正常状态,或使锅炉带病运行到计划检修阶段而避免临时停机,在很大程度上保证了CFB锅炉的安全运行.

| Abstract: | Basing on BCS system,using fault detection and diagnosis(FDD) technology and fault self-healing control(FSC) technology,fault such as ineffectiveness of bed temperature measuring elements,broken coal and unbalanced operation of return feeder etc.are solved in the operation process of the mid-temperature returns CFB boiler.After half a year's operation,the result shows that,when a fault occurs,the boiler can return to normal condition without manual intervention or operate until planning maintenance.This avo... |
