摘    要:黄河流域地处我国腹地,多年平均降水量455.5mm。20世纪90年代以来,黄河流域持续干旱少雨,沿黄地区引用黄河水量普遍增加,致使全河径流普遍偏枯,下游非汛期频繁断流。对黄河流域的降水径流的分析结果表明,90年代以来,黄河流域降水量和径流量都发生了较大的变化,实测径流的变化幅度远大于天然径流。

Abstract:The Yellow River basin sees averaged annual precipitation of 455.5 mm. Since 1990s, the Yellow River basin has experienced continious droughts while there has been an increasing in the water drawn into the regions beside it. Besides, the completion and operation of the big scale hydro works also contribute to both the scarce runoff all over the river and frequent river drying in the non flood period. Based on the analysis, it has been shown that the precipitation and runoff in the Yellow River basin has seen bigger changes with a bigger change in measured runoff than in natural runoff.
