螺纹锁紧环换热器与隔膜密封换热器的结构分析

摘    要:简要介绍了目前常用于加氢装置中的螺纹锁紧环换热器和隔膜密封换热器的构造,分析了它们在内部结构与密封形式上的差异。对比这两种形式的高压换热器在设计、制造、操作中的特点,总结出这两种高压换热器的适用条件。

Abstract:Through briefly Introduces the configuration of thread locked heat exchangers and the diaphragm sealed heat exchangers currently often used in hydrogenation units to analyze the difference between their internal structures and sealing forms;Compares the characteristics of design,manufacture and operation of these two types of heat exchangers so as to find out the applicable condition of these two types of high-pressure heat exchangers frequently used in hydrogenation units.
