摘    要:本文介绍了舌形挡板VGT自动调节系统的设计、计算与试验.这个系统根据增压发动机的转速和增压压力,通过微处理机和执行机构,对舌形挡板的位置按分步模型进行自动调节,配机试验表明整个控制系统能够正常工作.

Abstract:This paper presents a auto-adjustment system for VGT(Varibale Geomertry Turbocharger) which has a tongue-liked board, and its design, calculation method and cxperiment results. This system consists of a microprocessor and a executive mechanism. According to the speed and turbocharge pressure of the diesel, it can regulate hte position of the tonguo-liked board automatically on a step-by-step model. It has been showed in the cxperiment that matching with the diesel engine the systom can run noumally.
