| 摘 要： | 介绍了用高效液相色谱法测定吡虫啉的分析方法，经C18反相色谱柱和HPLC-UV分离测定。外标法定量。方法的标准工作曲线为y=6．1671 49．6781x,相关系数为0．9998。方法的平均回收率为98．50％，变异系数为0．037％。

| Abstract: | A method for quantitative analysis of imdacloprid studied by HLP C C18 packed column ESTD. The results showed that standard linearity curve was y=6 .1671+49.6781x (r=0.9998) and the average recovery and variation coefficient was 98.50% and 0.037 % respectively. So the method was simple and accurately. |
