摘    要:目前,全社会乃至全人类可持续发展的意识日益增强,环境保护要求越来越高,电力系统的发展已不可能再把经济效益作为唯一的追求目标,能源利用,环境保护也将成为必不可少的主导因素,作者提出了电站系统发展优化配置模型,并结合燃气-蒸汽联合循环电站优势分析,通过实例加以定量分析比较,验证了其经济,能源,环境综合效益的优越性,阐明了发展联合循环技术的可行性及广阔的前景,图6表3参7

Abstract:At present, sustainable development and environment protection senses are increasing at a rapid speed. It is an indispensable tendency that investment cost, energy utility and environment protection will be integrated as planning criterion for power generation system development. On this point, an optimizing configuration model for power generation system development is built in this paper. With advantage analysis, it is illustrated that combined cycle power plant is superior on investment cost, energy utility and environment proteciton, CCPP development is feasible and has a wide outlook. Figs6, tables 3 and refs 7.
