| 摘 要： | 分析了间接耦合光敏器件，结果表明，一个开路受光大ｐ－ｎ结并不能改善器件光电探测的灵敏度和探测率，其原因是开路ｐ－ｎ结“注入电流”被抽取的机理难以实现。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the indirect coupling photodetectors have been studied on theoryand experiments. The results are contrary to the anticipating aim of the inderect couplingtheory and device design, and show that a photoreceiving open circuit p-n junction can notimprove sensitivity and detectivity of photosensitive devices, because the injection currents ofthe open circuit p-n junction can not be taken out. |
