程控放大技术在数据采集系统中的应用

摘    要:分析了在数据采集系统中采样数据经A/D转换后所产生的量化误差;论述了程控放大技术在数据采集系统中的选择放大作用;介绍了程控放大器PGA100和12 bit高精度模数转换器AD574的功能及其在数据采集系统中的程序设计方法.程控放大技术能使采集到的信号更加接近真值,减小了量化误差,从而提高了采集数据的可靠性和准确性.特别是对微弱信号的采样,能大大扩展测量仪器的动态测量范围.一般只进行2次A/D转换就可以达到相应的要求.

Abstract:Analyses measuring errors of sample data produced by A/D conversion in data acquisition sys-tem;Discusses selective amplification effect of programmed amplification technology; Introduces the function of high accuracy 12 bit A/D converter (AD574) and programmed amplifier PGA100, and their program designs. The technology approximates the acquisited data to the real values so that reliability and accuracy of the sample data have been improved. Especially, with this technology, the logging tool s dynamic measuring range is extended in weak signal acquisition. Generally, two A/D conversions are desirable.
