水性聚氨酯脲固体电解质中离子状态的研究

摘    要:以聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚四氢呋喃二元醇(PTMG)为混合软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、乙二胺为硬段,LiOH为中和剂,合成了PEG/PTMG共聚软段水性聚氨酯脲(PUU),并掺杂LiClO4制备了一系列聚氨酯固体电解质;采用FTIR、DSC、交流阻抗实验考察了LiClO4含量对PUU/LiClO4固体电解质膜结构和性能的影响。研究表明,在PUU/LiClO4固体电解质膜中,Li 与PUU链段之间有相互作用力存在;当LiClO4浓度小于0.5mmol/gPUU时,Li 主要以自由离子形式存在,PUU/LiClO4固体电解质膜的电导率最高;当LiClO4浓度高于0.5mmol/gPUU时,Li 主要以离子对及离子簇形式存在。

Abstract:A series of PEG/PTMG-based Polyurethaneurea(PUU) aqueous dispersions and corresponding solid electrolytes were prepared. DSC,FTIR and AC experiment were used to study the interrelations among LiClO4 concentration,ion states and ionic conductivity. In PUU/LiClO4 solid electrolytes,there is some kind of interaction between Li and PUU chains,the ion conductivity is the highest when the LiClO4 content is 0.5 mmol/g PUU,and the free Li ion was the main form of LiClO4 in the elec-trolytes,when the LiClO4 content is lower than 0.5 mmol/g PUU. While the ion pair and ion cluster became an important form of LiClO4 when the LiClO4 content is more then 0.5 mmol/g PUU.
