共轨压力传感器的电磁兼容性试验研究

摘    要:针对柴油高压共轨电控发动机上使用的共轨压力传感器所出现的电磁兼容性问题,围绕电磁干扰的三要素详细分析了传感器的受扰机理并定位受扰电路,然后改进传感器电路的滤波设计并再次经过测试,结果表明:传感器的电磁兼容性达到了GJB151A-97中CS114项考核要求,说明设计措施有效,也表明该共轨压力传感器的电磁兼容设计方案,对其他电阻式压力传感器的电磁兼容性设计同样具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem about Electro Magnetic Compatibility(EMC) appeared in the common- rail pressure sensor applied in the diesel engines, this paper analyzes the mechanism that the pressure sensor is disturbed according to the three elements of electromagnetic interference. The filter in the circuit of the pressure sensor is ameliorated. Testing result shows that the pressure sensor can satisfy the requirement about the CS114 item in GJB151A-97. The improved methods can also be used in other pressure sensor's design.
