关于提高党课教育质量的几点思考

开展党课教育是党组织的一项基本工作,党课教育是推动基层党组织建设的基本要求,是提高党员素质和能力的重要手段之一,是促进当前工作的抓手。当前基层党组织党课教育普遍存在落实不到位、质量不高、内容枯燥、形式单一、缺乏针对性等问题,影响了党课教育效果。要提高党课教育质量,必须紧密结合当前重点工作,增强党课的吸引力、针对性;要着重抓好党课的选题、备课、实战、讨论等关键环节。要讲好党课,必须充满信心、显示决心、体现爱心、拥有耐心、处处留心。
