XRMI成像测井仪器常见故障分析与排除

摘    要:哈里伯顿公司XRMI增强型微电阻率扫描成像测井仪,是一种井壁电成像测井装置。该仪器结构复杂,维修难度大,在测井过程中仪器经常会出现主辅供电相互干扰、井径臂无法收拢、+5V电源与地短路等典型故障。维修时应在分析XRMI仪器的结构及工作原理的基础上,对造成故障的主要原因进行剖析,逐个环节进行排查,才能迅速排除故障。同时,还应加强对XRMI成像测井仪器的日常维护。

Analysis and Elimination of Common Faults of XRMI in Use

Abstract:XRMI is a borehole--wall electric imaging logging instrument which is complex in structure and hard to repair. While it is in use, there occur typical faults as following, master and sub power supply system disturbs each other; caliper's arms are unable to tuck; and +5V power source may short--circuit with the ground. To remove them rapidly, it is necessary to dissect major fault factors based on XRMI structure and its running principle and troubleshoot every segment. On the other hand, it is essential to strengthen XRMI routing maintenance.
