建南气田排水采气新工艺应用分析

摘    要:近年来,江汉油田分公司采气厂结合建南气田水侵气藏开发和气水同产井井筒特征,加强生产工艺技术的创新,逐步采用了泡沫、优选管柱、柱塞举升、气举、电潜泵及其组合的6套可适用于常规、非常规气井的排水采气工艺技术,实现了气田持续稳产增效。通过对这6套新工艺的应用效果分析可以看出,这些工艺体系对常规、非常规气田排除井底或井筒积液具有较佳的实用效果。

Application of New Technologies of Drainage-Based Gas Recovery in Jiannan Gas Field

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of development of water--invasion gas reservoir and wellhole of gas--water production well in Jiannan Gasfield, Gas Production Plant of Jianghan Oilfield Company focuses on the innovation in production technology and adopts in due course six sets of drainage--based gas recovery technologies which are suitable for conventional and unconventional gas wells and by doing so, ensures sustained stable yield and efficiency of gas field. The analysis of their application effect shows that they are helpful in draining downhole or wellbore in conventional and unconventional gas fields.
