| 摘 要： | 女职工在家庭和谐中、在科研生产上、在特殊领域里都发挥着重要作用。工会组织要充分发挥工会职能,引导女职工更新观念、转换角色,进一步加强女职工管理工作就必须注重思想引领,为女职工注入攻坚克难的精神动力;注重统筹推进,为女职工搭建成长成才的平台;注重"家"文化建设,构筑和谐大家。

| Abstract: | Workingwomen play an important role in promoting family harmony as well as in scientific research and production and other special fields. In order to encourage them to renew their ideas and further intensify their man- agement, the labor union should bring its own function into full play and do well in the following work. bringing them mental strength to overcome all difficulties by ideological guidanee; building the channel for them to develop their talent and focusing on the development of the family culture to construct a harmonious homeland. |
