在技校德育中引入拓展训练的思考

中国石化集团江汉石油管理局职工培训中心对技校德育工作非常重视,但因为学生个人素质、技校德育工作方法等原因效果不显著。在德育工作中引入拓展训练可以较大幅度地提升德育工作的效果,可以使德育快乐起来。拓展训练与"快乐德育"在教育原理、教学目标、教学模式和教学效果等方面是一致的。在拓展训练中可以培养学生的团结协作精神、艰苦奋斗精神、遵守纪律的意识、自信自强精神和职业道德素养。

On Introduction of Outward Bound to Moral Educations in Vocational Schools

Jianghan Oil Field Employee Training Center has always attached great importance to the moral education of vocational school; however, the results are not so good due to the limited personal qualities of students and ineffi- cient educational methods. To improve the effects of moral education, this paper proposes the introduction of out- ward bound to make moral education more acceptable to students. Outward bound shares with the concept of happy moral education the same education principles and goals and pursues similar teaching patterns and effects. Outward bound can nurture students＂ team working spirits, hard working wills, senses of discipline, self--confidence and in- dependence and work ethics.
