坪北油田“五配套”精细注水工艺技术

摘    要:坪北油田地处黄土高原腹地,地表相对高差大,地面条件复杂,注水压力波动大;属典型的特低渗透裂缝性岩性油藏,注水水质要求高;主要油层为C6和C4+52,层位少,单层注水量小。针对这些特点,通过多年摸索,发展和完善了从水处理、注水泵、注水管网、地面配水、井下管柱等配套工艺,经过多年实践,形成了坪北特色"五配套"精细注水工艺技术,实现了油田效益开发。

Five Matching Technologies Used for Fine Waterflooding in Pingbei Oilfield

Abstract:Located at hinderland of loess plateau with big relative height difference and complex ground condition, Pingbei Oilfield belongs to typical lithologic deposit with ultra--low permeability and fissure. It has following features: waterflooding pressure is unsteady; water quality must meet high requirements; its main oil layers are C6 and C4+52, showing that it has less layers and needs small water injection rate for single layer. Aiming at those features, Pingbei Oilfield, through over years of exploration and practice, has developed and improved five matching technologies used for fine waterflooding with Pingbei characteristics, including water treatment, injection pump, waterflooding pipe network, ground water distribution and downhole string.
