班级是培训项目的基本单元,班级管理是基层管理干部培训项目管理的基础,搞好班级管理对整个培训有序、有效地运行,对学员自我能力的全面提升,都具有十分重要的作用。在基层管理干部培训班的管理中,可以通过破冰游戏、迎新晚会来相识相知;通过班委选举、团队建设来和谐班级;通过主题班会、交流沙龙来沟通交流;通过体育活动、学习小组来健康人生;通过制定学员联谊方式、结业典礼来以终为始,期待下次聚首。

Opinions on Class Management in Grassroots Management Staff Training

The class is an elementary unit in the training program of grassroots administrators, and class man- agement serves as the foundation for the program management. Grasping class management is very impor- tant in the effort to carry on the training orderly and effectively and advance the students＂ self--capacities. In the process of class management, the class manager should pay attention to students＂ communication to know each other well and the building of harmonious class. This can be done through activities such as playing ice --breaking game and holding a topic class meeting, voting class committee and developing team, and carry- ing out sports activities and forming learning groups.
