zigbee是一组基于IEEE 802.15.4无线标准研制开发的有关组网、安全和应用软件方面的新型微功耗、低成本无线通信技术,在油田生产信息采集传输以及自动化控制领域应用该技术,可有效解决其他无线网络在油井现场使用中面临的高额通信费用、数据不稳定和信号盲区等问题。井站智能监控系统包括了井场RTU、无线模块、压力变送器等数据采集与传输设备,油水井与主RTU之间传输距离较短,数据采集量不是很大,使得zigbee无线通信技术更适合现场实际的需要。从目前推广应用程度上看,基于它低功耗、低成本、使用方便、易维护、稳定性高的优点,它在井场数据传输方面的优势可见。

On Application of Zigbee in Smart Monitoring System of Well Station

Zigbee is a set of new wireless communication technique containing networking, security and application software based on IEEE802. 15. 4 wireless standard that is of micro--power consumption and low cost. Its applica- tion in information acquisition and transmission of oilfield production and automation control can effectively solve problems other wireless networks are confronted with such as a great number of communication cost, unstable data and signal dead zone. Intelligent monitoring system of well station consists of data acquisition and transmission e- quipments such as well site RTU, wireless module and pressure transmitter. Zigbee adapts more to the well site where the transmission distance is short between oil--water well and RTU and data acquisition quantity is not great, and is superior in well site data transmission due to its merits of low--power consumption, low cost, high stability and easy operation and maintenance.
