油田专业技术人才绩效考核管理现状分析及对策

摘    要:油田各类专业技术人才绩效管理是实现科技成果在生产实践中的转化、推动企业技术进步、促进企业生产力提高的关键因素。本文剖析目前油田专业技术人才绩效考核方面存在的一些问题,结合工作实际,对推进油田专业技术人才绩效考核管理、提升绩效管理工作提出了建议与对策。

Analysis of and Solution to Cu-rent Situation in Performance Appraisal Management of Oilfield Professional Skill Personnel

Abstract:Implementing performance appraisal management of oilfield professional skill personnel is the key factor in realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, making progress in enterprise technology and promoting its productivity. On the basis of analysis of existing problems in current performance appraisal man- agement, this paper gives solutions to them in hope to promote the management work.
