履带滤波作用对路面激励影响的研究

摘    要:建立履带车辆悬挂系统多自由度模型时常常忽略了履带的影响,为探寻一种考虑履带影响的履带车辆悬挂系统建模方法,作者分析履带对地面激励的影响,对经履带滤波之后作用在车轮上激励的功率谱在双对数坐标系中进行分段线性拟合,得到作用在车轮上激励功率谱拟合函数.该拟合函数可用于替代履带车辆悬挂系统多自由度模型中的路面谱函数以考虑履带的影响,也可用于室内道路模拟实验中对地面激励修正.

Abstract:The impact of the tracks on road excitation is often neglectedwhen modeling a multi-degree-of- freedom suspension of a tracked vehicle. In order to explore a method of considering the influence, the responses of the tracksare analyzed on road excitations. The power spectrums excited on the wheels through the track filtering are made piecewise linear fitting in the double logarithm coordinate system, obtaining corresponding power spectrum fitting function. This fitting function can be used to replace the road surface spectrum function in original suspension model of the tracked vehicle, and it can also be used to correct the ground excitations in laboratory road simulation test
