关于加强坪北经理部职工思想政治工作的思考

中国石油长庆油田分公司坪北经理部在开展职工思想政治工作时,注重紧扣基层组织建设,使党支部工作水平不断提高;注重紧扣服务职工群众,使职工主人翁意识不断增强;注重紧扣劳动生产竞赛,职工创先争优热情不断高涨。面对少数政工干部履职尽责意识不够强、少数政工干部能力不适应思想政治工作需要、少数职工思想状况不稳定的问题,坪北经理部的职工思想政治工作应强化思想分析,进一步掌握职工的愿望和诉求;应强化能力建设,进一步提升政工干部队伍素质;应加强文化引领,进一步营造风清气正的人文环境。

Thinking about Strengthening Staffs Ideological and Political Work in Pingbei Management Department

In carrying out staffs ideological and political work, Pingbei Management Department of Changqing Oilfield Company focuses on the development of its community--level Party organizations so as to improve their capability, the service for its staff to enhance their sense of ownership and labor contest to encourage them to excel in their work. In respond to the problems which exist in some political cadres who have weak sense of responsibility and are not competent to their work as well as in some of the staff whose thought condition is not stable, it is suggested that it should intensify the analysis of the staff＇s thinking to further know what they appeal for, their capability develop- ment to improve their quality and culture guidance to the construction of a clean human environment.
