粒子加速器设备标定中基准面引出研究

摘    要:在粒子加速器设备标定中,如丝靶、剥离膜等设备需采用光学仪器间接测量其中一些运动机构相对于标定基准的偏差,这时需将激光跟踪仪测量的标定基准进行引出,提供用于光学仪器定位的参考点。本文对采用激光跟踪仪进行基准面引出时的误差及其影响进行了分析,通过约束水平拟合及合理选择放样参考点的方法,能有效减小误差的影响。这种方法可提高准直的精度,能为实际工作中类似设备的标定提供指导,保障加速器设备的顺利安装,在加速器准直测量中具有重要意义。

Abstract:In the equipment fiducialisation of partical accelerator,the deviation for motion mechanism in wire scanner and stripper foil changer relative to the fiducialisation plane might be needed to non-contact measure by optical instrument indirectly,so it’s necessary to lay out the datum accurately by laser tracker,and provide the reference points for locating the optical instrument.The layout error and its effect were analyzed in this paper,and the effect could be reduced effectively by using hold level best-fit and choosing the reasonable position for the reference points.This method improves the alignment accuracy,provides a guidance for the similar equipment fiducialisation in actu-al work,guarantees the good performance of the accelerator equipment and has an important significance in accelerator alignment field.
