过碱性硫化壬基水杨酸钙清净剂的开发

摘    要:通过金属化、羧基化、硫化等步骤 ,进行了过碱性硫化壬基水杨酸钙清净剂的开发研究 ,得到较为适宜的原料量比为 :n(氧化钙 )∶n(壬基酚 ) =0 .5∶1 0 ,n(乙二醇 )∶n(氧化钙 ) =( 0 .8~1 0 )∶1 0 ,n(硫 )∶n(氧化钙 ) =( 1.0~ 1.2 )∶1 0 ;各步骤适宜的操作参数为 :①金属化 :温度 16 0℃ ,压力 (N2 )常压 ,时间 4h ;②羧基化 :温度 2 0 0℃ ,压力 (CO2 ) 0 .6~ 0 .8MPa ,时间 2h ;③硫化 :温度 180℃ ,压力 (CO2 ) 0 6MPa ,时间 3~ 4h。产品总碱值达到 183mgKOH/g。

Abstract:Detergent additive overbased sulfurized calcium non ylsalicylates were developed using nonylphenol (NP) as basic raw material.Th e main procedure was as follows.(1)Nonylphenol reacted with CaO in the presence of ethylene glycol (EG).(2)Products from step (1) were directly carbo x ylated with CO\-2 and then (3) sulfurized by elemental sulfur in CO_2 to give the products. Molar ratios of raw materials were concluded:n(CaO)∶n(NP)=0.5∶1.0,n(EG)∶n(CaO)=(0.8~1.0)∶1. 0,n (S)∶n(CaO)=(1.0~1.2)∶1.0.The optimum operation conditio ns for step (1),(2) and (3) were:(1)160 ℃,normal pressure,4 h under N_2 atmosph e re;(2)carboxylation:200 ℃,0.6~0.8 MPa of CO_2,2 h;(3)sulfurizatio n:180 ℃,0.6 MPa of CO_2,3~4 h.Total base number(TBN) of fina l product was 183 mgKOH/g.
