摘    要:通过对鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂三烧烧结机漏风率及漏风原因调查和分析,提出了调整烧结机头尾密封盖板、改造双层阀等降低漏风率措施。实践表明,采取措施后,烧结机漏风率明显降低,漏风率稳定在46%~47%之间。

Abstract:Such measures for reducing the air leakage rate as adjusting sealing cover plates at both ends of the sintering machine and upgrading the double beat valve are proposed based on the investigations and analysis on the causes of the air leakage of the sintering machine in No.3 Sin- tering Plant of General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. according to the air leakage rate of the sintering machine. The production practice shows that air leakage rate of sintering ma- chine is decreased greatly with being controlled between 46% and 47% stably after the measures are put into action.
