电子鼻分析技术在白酒品质检定中的应用研究

摘    要:通过应用德国AIRSENSE公司生产的电子鼻系统PEN3对4个不同质量等级的清香型大曲酒进行挥发物特征响应分析、PCA分析、LDA分析、LOADING分析,其中PCA主成分析区分贡献率可达99.986%,LDA分析第一、第二主成分总的区分贡献率达96.872%,可以较显著的区分酒样,其中10个传感器中贡献最大的两个是W5S与W1W。

Abstract:Volatiles characteristic response analysis, PCA analysis, LDA analysis, and LOADING analysis were performed using electromc nose system PEN3 manufactured by the German AIRSENSE company on four different quality grades of Fen Liquor. Among them, the contribution rate of principal component distinction by PCA is 99.986%, and the total contribution rate of the first and second principal component distinction by LDA analysis is 96.872%, which may distinguish the liquor samples significantly. The two greatest contributors are W5S and W1W of 10 sensors.
