摘    要:针对广东大唐国际潮州发电有限责任公司(以下简称潮电)一期扩建2×1 000 MW机组变频凝结水泵耗电率高的问题,进行了原因分析,其影响因素主要有:汽动给水泵密封水供水压力制约凝结水泵变频深度调节;疏水扩容器减温水量大、增加了凝结水泵功耗;除氧器上水管路设计不合理等。针对这些影响因素,制定并实施了凝结水泵节电降耗措施,取得了较好的节能效果。

Abstract:The power consumption of variable frequency condensate pumps of 2 × 1 000MW units at Guangdong Da- tang International Chaozhou Power Generation Co. Ltd. is high. The cause analysis identified the main influencing factors as seal water feeding pressure of dynamic feed water pump limited the condensate pump frequency regulation ; high desuperheating water flow of drainage flash tank increased the power consumption of condensate water pump ;ir- rational design of deaerator water feeding pipe etc. Some energy saving measures was proposed and implemented and good results have been achieved.
