基于ATMEGA64单片机的便携式示波器设计

摘    要:介绍了一款基于ATMEGA64单片机的便携式(数字)示波器的设计方案。本示波器采用ATMEL公司的ATMEGA64单片机为主控制器,以CPLD芯片EPM3064A为辅助控制器,完成对系统采样频率的控制;并采用分辨率为240×320的TFT触摸液晶显示屏,以达到减小体积的目的,便于携带和使用。电源的供应采用9~12V的直流供电电源,相比传统示波器220V交流供电的方式,大大降低了示波器的功耗,提高了供电的灵活性。测试表明,本示波器具有可靠性高、结构简单、成本低廉和功耗小等特点,具有良好的市场前景。

Abstract:A design scheme of portable digital oscilloscope based on ATMEGA64 MUC was introduced.The oscilloscope used ATMEGA64 MCU of company of ATMEL as main controller and the CPLD chip EPM3064A as auxiliary controller to control the sample rate.The oscilloscope uses a resolution of 240 × 320 TFT LCD display for reducing its size.In the power supply,compared with the traditional 220 V AC power,the oscilloscope used 9 to 12V DC power that can reduce the power consumption greatly.The tests showed that the oscilloscope has high reliability,simple structure,low costs,low power consumption and other characteristics,it has good market prospects.
