冲击载荷作用下的热弹流润滑数值模拟

摘    要:建立了冲击载荷作用下线接触Ree-Eyring流体弹流润滑问题的数学模型,综合考虑了时变效应和热效应。采用多重网格技术求解压力,逐列扫描法求解温度,数值模拟了冲击过程接触区的压力和膜厚变化情况,发现了动态凹陷现象。热解与等温解的结果比较说明温度的影响可以忽略。

Abstract:A numerical model of line-contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication for-Ree-Erying fluid subjected to transient load impulse was built,both transient and thermal effects were considered.A multilevel solver was used for pressure calculation,where as a colum-by-colum relaxation technique was used for solving temper- ature.The distribution of pressure and film thickness was analyzed by numerical simulation.Meanwhile,tran- sient dimple was foud in contact zone.Results show that the influence of thermal effect on numerical simulation could be neglected by comparing thermal results and isothermal results.
