摘    要:萨35-1H水平井是土库曼斯坦第1口水平井,其目的层位于巨厚膏盐层下,存在着在巨厚膏盐层中实现轨迹控制的巨大难题,在土库曼斯坦国内尚无成功钻井先例。针对巨厚膏盐层钻水平井的难点,在井身结构优化、井眼轨迹优化、井眼轨迹控制技术、钻井液技术、安全钻井等方面采取了一系列对应措施,安全、优质、高效地钻成了土库曼斯坦第1口水平井,完钻井深为3333m,斜井段长为1573m,水平位移为1210.6m,最大井斜为92.04°,311.2mm井眼斜穿巨厚膏盐层624m,215.9mm井眼横穿产层501.78m,钻井周期为111.6d。该井的成功为后续水平井的设计和施工奠定了基础。

Abstract:The well Sam35 1H is the first horizontal well drilled in the Samandepe Gas Field, Turkmenistan, and its target payzone is under the huge gypsums, where the well trajectory is not easy to control. This becomes a great trouble in drilling and there was no successful precedents in Turkmenistan. In view of this, a series of corresponding countermeasures have been taken in many aspects like optimal design of casing program and well trajectory, techniques of well trajectory control and drilling fluids, and safe drilling technology, etc. As a result, the well Sam35 1H was drilled safely, perfectly and high efficiently, with the completed well depth of 3333 m, the slant hole interval length of 1573 m, the lateral displacement of 1210.6 m, and the maximum well deviation angle of 92.04°, the oblique penetrating thickness of 624 m in the payzone by the Φ311.2 mm borehole, the lateral penetrating thickness of 501.78 m in the payzone by the Φ215.9 mm borehole, and the drilling cycle of 111.6 days. This successful practice in this well provides a robust foundation for the subsequent horizontal well design and operation.
