考虑可再生性的燃料生命周期净能源成本优化

摘    要:提出了一个新的考虑燃料可再生性的净能源成本指标.这一指标除了燃料的净能源产出和气态污染物排放外部成本之外,还将生命周期成本和燃料可再生性综合成一个指标,而已往的研究一般仅考虑前两项.以广西木薯-汽油混合燃料考虑可再生性的生命周期净能源成本优化为案例,对木薯乙醇-汽油混合燃料考虑可再生性的生命周期净能源成本指标进行了优化.结果表明:与初始值相比,优化后该指标值降低6.9%.

Abstract:A new indicator cost of net energy taking into account the renewability (CNER) of a fuel is proposed. It links net energy yield, external cost of emissions, production costs, and renewability (the lower the CNER reading, the better the total performance of the fuel). An optimization model on life cycle net energy cost related to renewability of cassava-based ethanol blended gasoline fuels was given in this paper as case study. The optimization of life cycle net energy cost related to renewability of cassava-based ethanol blended gasoline fuel was conducted. The optimized results showed that the optimization could reduce the CNER by 62.9%. Therefore, the optimization could reduce the energy consumption, environmental emissions, and life cycle productions cost and improve the renewability of fuel simultaneously. The calculation could supply the important references for decision-making on implementing cassava-based ethanol blended gasoline fuels and the new method would have great practical value for assessment and optimization of other flexible fuels.
