摘    要:阳极焙烧炉烟气静电捕集净化方法存在着火的问题,着火原因及对策尚无现成经验。本文从着火的几个要素出发.经分析认为可燃物主要是重油和沥青挥发分燃烧不完全的产物.由于沿途不断的降温而大量沉积,在特定触发条件下着火。在对策上采取了重油改质燃烧新技束、保持电捕集器合适的烟气温度、控制好焙烧工艺条件、加强着火多发部位的清理等办法.取得了明显效果,有较强的实践意义和推广价值。

Abstract:There was no ready - countermeasure to solve fire problem of flue gas electrostatic precipitation of anode baking furnace. Based on the analysis of some fire condition we thought that combustibles, incomplete combustion of heavy oil and pitch volatilization was the key to the fire. The tempera ture was getting lower on the way so that the combustible become sediment. Under some special condition the sediment can catch fire. We take some useful countermeasure to solve the problem including new emulsifying combustion technology, keeping appropriate temperature of electrostatic precipitation, controlling baking process, reinforcing the clearning of the part where fire is most likely taking place. The countermeasure had been proved to help reduce fire greatly, having important practical value and being worthy of popularizing.
